Frazee-Vergas Trail Plans - Open Houses
The Cities of Frazee and Vergas are working on bike and pedestrian trail plans this year!
Frazee is planning a trail to connect the town to the new Wannigan Park. Vergas is planning to connect to both the Heartland Trail at Frazee and the Heart of the Lakes Trail
(the new trail from Pelican Rapids to Maplewood State Park to Perham).
You are invited to the following Open Houses to view progress on these plans and provide input:
Frazee Event Center -Tue., May 23, 6 - 8 pm Vergas Event Center -Thu., May 18, 6 - 8 pm
The Open House will feature the following:
Presentation by Chris Thorson regarding plans to connect Frazee to Wannigan Park by trail. Presentation by Jillian Reiner regarding plans to connect Vergas to the Heartland Trail at Frazee and the Heart of the Lakes Trail.
Update on the status of Wannigan Park planning and development.
