The City of Vergas has approved an Economic Development Authority which has broad powers to provide encouragement and financial support of economic development and redevelopment in the City. The five EDA commissioners meet monthly on the first Monday of the month at 12:00 at Billy’s Corner Bar and Grill they will meet more often if needed. Current commissioners are Kevin Zitzow, Lee Dahlgren, Sandee Stall, Vanessa Sleen and Duane Strand.
Current business owners if you would like help writing a business plan or developing your business please do not hesitate to come to an EDA meeting. Our first priority is to help the current Vergas businesses.
